Centre Supervisor ( Healthcare / Sunday off)

Conduct administrative and operational support to achieve licensing standards, including submitting reports, claims, and documentation to internal and external stakeholders. Manage referrals to daycare services according to timelines and SOPs, while coordinating facility repairs, equipment maintenance, and timely supply purchasing. Assist the Centre Manager with recruitment, hiring, training, and adverse situation management, ensuring accurate client attendance and report submissions. Manage enquiries, feedback, complaints, and incidents, and participate in individual care plans and external/internal audits. Provide cross-coverage to colleagues or other centres when required, and assist the clinical team with client care and challenging behaviors. Maintain confidentiality, observe safety and mental health standards, and perform any other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager.
