Job Summary
Drive local marketing and sales initiatives to grow the customer base and achieve revenue targets while overseeing daily centre operations, including scheduling and maintaining a safe learning environment. Coordinate a local team of freelance tutors, foster strong relationships with students and parents, and monitor key performance indicators to optimize results. Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market. This fixed-term, part-time role (approx. 20h/week) in the afternoon includes a fixed base plus performance-based commission.
