Job Summary
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of automotive technical staff while ensuring they are adequately resourced and skilled to meet company and customer objectives. Foster a high-performance culture, oversee store costs and margins, and maximize profit through effective resource management. Set clear departmental objectives, develop strategies aligning with broader company goals, and coordinate key merchandising activities with robust stock management routines. Ensure operational performance consistently meets KPIs and SLAs while supporting high levels of customer satisfaction. Full-time permanent role, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm with a half-day Saturday finish. Uncapped monthly bonus, EV/Hybrid training, and 30 days holiday. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing technical automotive teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Solid understanding of operational performance management and KPIs
- Experience in managing costs, margins, and maximising profitability
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to plan, execute, and ensure operational efficiency across multiple departments
