Job Summary
Centre Director at Goodstart Beaudesert leads and develops the centre, delivers a bespoke learning program, builds and guides a team of early learning professionals, plans for the future of the centre, drives attendance and revenue, and upholds a strong focus on child safety and community relationships; requires a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards) plus experience in change leadership, delivering integrated early childhood services in disadvantaged areas, and financial/operational management.
Required Qualifications
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
- Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
- Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
