Job Summary
Centre Director at Goodstart Drysdale lead and manage the centre, delivering a bespoke learning program developed with global pedagogical leaders, building and guiding a team of early learning professionals, and partnering with children, families and communities. Responsible for planning the centre’s future, building an attendance pipeline, and maintaining a revenue-generating operation. Requires leadership in changing environments, experience delivering integrated early childhood services in disadvantaged settings, and strong commercial/operational management capabilities. Eligible candidate will hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or be working towards it) and must have or obtain a valid Working with Children check. Required Qualifications
