Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule equipment deliveries and pickups for the rental fleet, optimizing driver routes and transportation logistics to maximize productivity. Arrange and manage third-party transportation providers when internal fleet capacity is exceeded, serving as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery schedules, pickups, delays, and transportation updates. Oversee driver performance, attendance, time management, electronic logs, and annual performance reviews while tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to identify efficiency improvements. Collaborate with rental, sales, service, and other internal departments to support equipment movement and business operations, fostering positive experiences by resolving issues proactively.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the service-related industry
- Knowledge of DOT/HOS regulations, requirements and oversized/overweight permits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written
- Strong time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
