Centralized Triage Registered Nurse (RN) - Remote

Conduct comprehensive telephone-based triage for hospice patients and families during after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage across Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, South Carolina, and Virginia. Assess patient conditions, provide clinical guidance for symptom management, and resolve non-clinical requests or dispatch field teams for in-person visits. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care, make clinical decisions based on patient plans, and accurately document all interactions in the electronic medical record. Offer emotional support and educate families on end-of-life care, medication administration, and comfort measures. Requires current RN licensure with a multistate compact license, two years of hospice experience, and CPR certification. Full-time after-hours role with PTO, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.
