Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Agent responsible for delivering a best-in-class talent pipeline for Renewal by Andersen; perform high-volume phone screens, schedule management interviews, source and engage candidates using ATS and outreach tools, and ensure a positive candidate experience while collaborating with field managers and maintaining diversity in candidate searches. Requires strong verbal/written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hours are 10:30am–7:00pm CST; salary $16.00–$18.00/hour plus incentive pay. Includes benefits and profit-sharing information.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to conduct high-volume phone screens and scheduling interviews
- Experience coordinating with hiring managers and field managers
- Understanding of job duties and business requirements for roles
- Ability to source candidates via keyword searches, social networking, and research tools
