Job Summary
Coordinate staffing and timekeeping within a hospital environment by balancing unit schedules, reconciling timecards and pay codes, and acting as the primary liaison among leadership, payroll, and hospital departments to ensure compliant staffing, accurate payroll processing, and timely reporting. Responsibilities include reviewing scheduling changes, managing FTE status and staff data, addressing timekeeping discrepancies, providing system support and audits related to attendance, overtime, and leave, and supporting labor cost awareness and staffing efficiency through routine reporting and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 2 years payroll, timekeeping, and/or hospital administrative experience
