Responsibilities include reviewing scheduling changes, managing FTE status and staff data, addressing timekeeping discrepancies, providing system support and audits related to attendance, overtime, and leave, and supporting labor cost awareness and staffing efficiency through routine reporting and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 2 years payroll, timekeeping, and/or hospital administrative experience
