Job Summary
Centralized Services Analyst focuses on ensuring TRID-compliant disclosures and accurate fee categorization for mortgage loans. Responsibilities include reviewing loan applications, ensuring initial disclosures and 3-day disclosures align with TRID guidelines, managing fee disclosures, acting as the primary contact for mortgage disclosure activities, staying current with TRID/product guidelines, and supporting compliance to minimize errors and costs at closing. The role requires detail orientation, strong communication, ability to work under pressure, and capability to work both in a team and independently. The position includes Saturday rotations with potential overtime; based in Greensboro, NC.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years mortgage background in customer service, financial services, real estate, accounting, or finance-related fields
- High School or equivalent
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of federal lending regulations, CFPB, and TRID requirements for Mortgage disclosures
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently; deadline oriented; able to work overtime; willingness for Saturday rotation
