Job Summary
Answer inbound customer calls and communicate with local service teams via phone, email, and text to handle service-related inquiries. Respond to customer questions, troubleshoot issues, provide quotes, and schedule service appointments while problem-solving independently in a high-urgency setting. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with overtime available based on business needs. This role supports the Centralized Service Coordinator Program, enabling local branches to deliver timely service assistance.
