Centralized Service Administrator

Job Summary
Pro-actively manage ticket status and close service tickets quickly to meet company-wide WIP goals. Review work orders and quotes for accurate documentation, labor charges, and parts to ensure timely repair order closure. Collaborate with service teams to correct daily timecard entries and generate reports that increase labor performance and billed hours. Maintain data integrity by updating customer profiles with correct equipment and hours. Oversee the warranty process by managing pre-authorization, information gathering, and follow-up on all warranty and PIP claims. Support store sales goals using remote tools to sell customer inspections and promotions. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and availability for long hours, overtime, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License
- Passing a driving record (MVR), criminal history background checks, employment verification, and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a business related field
- Experience and proficiency with John Deere EQUIP software
- General understanding of John Deere mechanical/technical terms
- Previous experience and knowledge of large ag equipment or commercial/turf equipment
- Ability to consistently promote, support, work, and act in a manner in support of AVE-PLP's DNA
- A clear sense of urgency and understanding of the importance this work has on the overall success of the location and Company
- A positive, teamwork attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Working knowledge of accounting practices
