Job Summary
Optimize and create weekly department schedules aligning labor to department volume for business needs while ensuring economical staffing for excellent guest service. Track department productivity daily, observe business volumes to make staffing recommendations, and assist in tracking attendance through the Virtual Roster system and Kronos. Configure team member specific scheduling rotation patterns, apply shifts, and manage leave requests including PTO and LOA. Create processes to control FTE count throughout the property and work with each department to meet labor FTE goals and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Four (4)- year degree, preferably in Business Analytics, Business Management, Math, Finance or related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license as required by the State Gaming Agency for the position
