Job Summary
Optimize and create weekly department schedules aligning labor to department volume for business needs while tracking productivity daily to make staffing recommendations. Configure team member rotation patterns, apply shifts manually, and manage leave requests, PTO, and LOAs through Virtual Roster and Kronos systems. Assist in tracking attendance, provide training on the scheduling program, and work with departments to meet labor FTE goals and initiatives. Maintain confidentiality regarding payroll and scheduling operations. Join a 24/7 high-energy casino environment with over 100,000 sq. ft. of gaming space and approximately 500 employees, where you will prioritize conflicting duties and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Four (4)- year degree, preferably in Business Analytics, Business Management, Math, Finance or related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license as required by the State Gaming Agency for the position
