Job Summary
Optimize and create weekly department schedules aligning labor to department volume for business needs. Work with each department to meet labor FTE goals and initiatives by tracking productivity daily and making staffing recommendations. Manage leave requests, PTO, and LOA while manually applying shifts and configuring rotation patterns in Virtual Roster and Kronos systems. Assist scheduling casino personnel, maintain up-to-date records, and provide training on the scheduling program. Observe departments to understand business volumes and staffing needs. Maintain team member confidence and protect payroll and scheduling operations by keeping information confidential. Requires a four-year degree, valid gaming license, and ability to work in a 24/7 high-energy casino environment.
Required Qualifications
- Four (4)- year degree, preferably in Business Analytics, Business Management, Math, Finance or related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license as required by the State Gaming Agency for the position
