Job Summary
Centralized Scheduler responsible for scheduling, cancelling, rescheduling and registering outpatient visits and procedures across multiple ambulatory clinics, including collecting necessary information for scheduling and registration, verifying guarantor information, coordinating with clinics and physicians, and handling related patient communications and payments. Key duties include managing check-in/check-out flows, obtaining orders when needed, reconciling end-of-day cash activities, and ensuring timely follow-up and coordination of patient care within a standard office environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable), as required for regulated areas
