Job Summary
Centralized Scheduler role supporting a healthcare facility in Mount Kisco. Primary duties include scheduling patient appointments, procedures, and surgeries using EHR and scheduling software; coordinating multi-department schedules; handling patient inquiries and facilitating scheduling changes; updating patient information in the EHR; ensuring accurate records and documentation; providing professional customer service and guidance on patient portal tasks. Requires high school diploma or GED, administrative certification or relevant experience, BLS (or willingness to obtain within 90 days), and familiarity with EHR systems; Epic preferred. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Mount Kisco, NY.
