Centralized Research Group - Security & Resiliency Initiative Associate

Security & Resiliency Initiative (SRI) Associate within CRG delivers high-impact resilience-focused solutions across critical sectors through deep research, financial analysis, and AI/LLM-assisted methods to craft investment theses and deliver executive-ready materials. Responsibilities include preparing pitch books and marketing materials for senior clients, analyzing markets and supply chains for risks and opportunities, developing investment theses and business cases, conducting DCF/transaction analyses (including LBOs), coordinating due diligence, and driving continuous improvement of playbooks and research methods. Requires excellent academic record, 3+ years in Investment Banking/Research/Consulting/SRI/Big Four, CA or MBA qualification, strong quantitative/analytical skills, proficiency with MS Office (Word/PowerPoint), attention to detail, teamwork, and superior written/verbal communication; adherence to highest ethical standards and regulatory compliance. Preferred experience in sectors critical to economic security, familiarity with public-private investment, and experience coordinating complex diligence across multiple stakeholders; pursuing/completed CFA/FRM and proficiency with AI/LLM tools are a bonus.
