Job Summary
The Centralized Research Group (CRG) – Business Management role partners with Business Heads and Stakeholders to optimize performance, develop KPIs, and deliver executive-ready insights. Responsibilities include project management, organization of complex information into strategic presentations and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint, quarterly updates, MIS and internal initiative support, and contributing to risk controls and regulatory deliverables (RCSA). The role emphasizes collaboration with senior management, effective communication, and process improvement, with a focus on design excellence and data analysis to drive business value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
- Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders
- Attention to detail with a focus on design excellence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to articulate and communicate effectively
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to drive the agenda
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
- Experience with creating wireframes and management presentations
- Experience with MIS, dashboards, and internal initiatives
- Familiarity with SharePoint
- Prior experience in Business Management or COO role (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of VBA, Tableau and Python (plus)
