Job Summary
Centralized Lending Specialist (Mortgage Loan Officer) at Bank of America in Chandler, AZ, focusing on assisting clients with financing a home purchase, refinancing, or obtaining a home equity line of credit. Responsibilities include answering/inbound and outbound calls, analyzing clients’ financial goals, determining optimal lending product solutions, submitting mortgage applications, helping clients gather supporting loan documentation, and keeping clients informed throughout the mortgage loan process. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year sales and/or mortgage experience
- Bilingual – Spanish
- Strong relationship-deepening and client care mentality
- Ability to learn all platform systems utilized within the environment and/or aptitude in system technologies
- Effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end origination experience
- Ability to work under pressure during high volumes
- Ability to build and maintain positive rapport with service partners
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of loan products (Conventional, Jumbo and Government)
- Familiarity with FHA and HUD guidelines
- Knowledge of processing underwriting and/or closing procedures/federal lending regulations
- Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data and provide financial alternatives
- Education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
