Centralized Lending Specialist engages with clients via inbound/outbound calls to determine the best mortgage financing solution, submits applications, assists with gathering documents, and guides borrowers through the mortgage process. The role requires bilingual Spanish skills, strong client-care focus, ability to analyze financial needs, and collaboration with partners to deliver loan solutions while following regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Has 1+ year sales and/or mortgage experience
- Bilingual – Spanish
- Strong relationship-deepening and client care mentality
- Active listening to determine client needs and goals
- Ability to learn platform systems and adapt to technology
- Customer service skills to manage end-to-end origination
- Ability to work under pressure during high volumes
- Ability to build and maintain positive rapport with partners
- Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
- Knowledge of regulatory due diligence and compliance policies
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
