Centralized Lending Specialist (Mortgage Loan Officer) - Bilingual Spanish Team - Plano, TX

Job Summary
Handles inbound calls and initiates outbound calls to assist new and existing clients with determining the best lending solution for financing the purchase of a home, refinancing, or obtaining a home equity line of credit. Analyzes clients' financial goals, determines optimal loan products, submits mortgage applications, helps gather loan documentation, and communicates throughout the mortgage process. Requires bilingual Spanish, knowledge of Conventional, Jumbo, Government loan products, and familiarity with FHA/HUD guidelines. Emphasizes exceptional client care, consultative sales, and end-to-end origination with strong regulatory awareness (SAFE Act) and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Flexible to work weekends or extended hours as needed and able to collaborate with referral partners to deliver superior client service.
Required Qualifications
- Has 1+ year sales and/or mortgage experience
- Bilingual – Spanish
- Strong relationship-deepening and client care mentality
- Active listening to determine client needs and goals
- Ability to assess client needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services
- Ability to learn platform systems used in the environment
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage end-to-end origination
- Ability to work under pressure during high volumes
- Ability to build and maintain positive rapport with service partners
- Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
- Demonstrates compliance with regulatory policies
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
