Job Summary
Centralized Leasing & Marketing Specialist handles the resident journey across phone, email, and SMS, coordinating with onsite teams and Landmark’s AI assistant to meet leasing goals. Responsibilities include lead management, outbound outreach to prospective residents, building relationships with university contacts and marketing vendors, assisting with leasing and marketing events, evaluating traffic trends, and ensuring effective marketing communications and training protocols. Requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with experience in residential property management operations preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in off-campus student housing leasing or conventional housing leasing
- Experience in customer service and lead management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Entrata or related software experience preferred
