Job Summary
Centralized Leasing Manager responsible for assisting in market analysis, coordinating marketing and leasing strategies for residential properties, updating and maintaining advertising materials, websites, and splash pages, and generating reports (lease, market, expiring leases). Role includes managing digital campaigns, upselling rentable items in Yardi (parking, storage), processing and tracking lease documents, applying correct charges and incentives in Yardi, auditing inventory, setting and achieving sales performance goals, assisting with resident events, and collaborating with the Property Management team to improve rental platforms and procedures. Requires proactive communication, initiative, and a professional image, with the ability to drive occupancy and provide data-driven recommendations. Must bring knowledge of local real estate market and strong communication skills; construction knowledge is considered an asset.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of sales experience
- leasing experience is an asset
- valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
- access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- demonstrate initiative and professionalism
- confidentiality in all areas of performance
- construction knowledge considered an asset
