Job Summary
Process digital orders by verifying prescription products, implant details, and restoration designs for milling suitability. Generate computer-aided manufacturing outputs, log cases into tracking systems, and import digital restoration files. Review modeless scans, convert file formats, and repair CAD files caused by improper scans or return errors. Assist internal customers with design issues, locate order errors, and notify supervisors of incoming or outbound case problems. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures while performing related duties as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic CDOP Training
Desired Qualifications
- Forman education in the field of Information Technology or Dental Technology preferred
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in phone-based customer support a plus
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in dental industry a plus
