Centralized Community Home Lending Advisor handles inbound/outbound mortgage leads, sources business and logs contacts, uses consultative selling of Purchases Loans in a call center environment, recommends optimum product/rate programs to prospects, ensures compliance with applicable statutes and procedures, provides feedback on lead quality, and meets sales goals while delivering bilingual service (English/Spanish) to customers and acting as the primary point of contact throughout the loan lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and speak Spanish fluently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
