Job Summary
Centralized Account Management Administrator responsible for high-quality customer service and client support by phone or in person, processing transactions for CAM accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining administrative tasks to stay compliant. Role requires licenses as applicable to managed accounts, strong interpersonal and written/oral communication, attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and industry software, and the ability to perform transaction processing and client outreach as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of Financial Services customer service and operations experience or similar experience
- Securities and Insurance Licenses as required by the accounts managed by CAM
- Licenses may include Life, Accident and Health Insurance Licenses and combinations like Series 6, 63, 65, 66, and 7
- Required licenses must be obtained within 6 months of hire
