Job Summary
Centralized Account Management Administrator handles day-to-day customer service and client support for CAM accounts by phone or in person, ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include processing transactions for properly registered accounts, delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining CAM compliance through administrative tasks with Operations and Compliance, and proactive outreach for account maintenance. Required licenses must be obtained within six months of hire. Education: Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. This role is remote from Illinois with part-time scheduling and a potential for growth within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of Financial Services customer service and operations experience or similar experience
- Securities and Insurance Licenses as required by the accounts managed by CAM (Life, Accident and Health Insurance Licenses)
- Licenses: Series 6, 63, 65, 66, and 7 (required licenses must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
- Ability to provide high quality customer service and accurate transaction processing
- Strong written and oral communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and industry software
