Job Summary
Monitor the videowall to oversee customer safety and property, processing alarm notifications according to established protocols. Review camera footage for irregularities, manage task alarms, and coordinate with on-site surveillance officers. Execute customer handovers via camera, complete client reporting forms, and manage queue systems. Maintain composure during stressful situations while providing friendly, service-oriented communication in Dutch and English. Requires BoCa or Security 2 diploma, driving license B, and flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Salary ranges from €2,850 to €3,450 gross monthly with extensive holiday and irregularity allowances.
