Job Summary
Answer incoming calls and route them to competent departments while providing first-level information on services and case statuses. Register data and requests in the company system and manage appointment scheduling for technicians and internal consultants. Flag issues and complaints to supervision promptly. This three-month fixed-term contract with flexible summer shifts includes a gross monthly salary of 1,400-1,500 €, meal vouchers, and ongoing training on switchboard procedures. The role offers immediate start availability for summer coverage at our Modena office.
