Central Warranty Manager
On-sitePhoenix, Arizona, United States
Job Summary
Build and own the end-to-end warranty recovery program, establishing policy and SOPs for claim identification, submission, adjudication, and denial management across OEM, parts, and vendor channels. Centralize claim processing to support an insourced maintenance model in 5+ markets, driving approval rates through defensible documentation and reconciling recovered dollars against finance ledgers. Own warranty terms in vendor and OEM relationships, hold partners accountable via QBRs, and feed reliability insights to engineering and procurement teams.
