Job Summary
Sales Representative for the Central U.S. territory, owning the pipeline from discovery to contract. Prospect, open conversations with owners and head pharmacists, run demos, move opportunities through the funnel, represent at industry events, and share field insights with product, marketing, and leadership. Requires B2B sales in healthcare/pharmacy, an existing network in U.S. compounding pharmacies, willingness to travel, and a results-driven, self-starting approach.
Required Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience selling into pharmacy, pharma, life sciences, or healthcare (ideally including compounding pharmacy)
- Existing network in the U.S. compounding pharmacy community with relationships to owners, head pharmacists, or association contacts
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to read a room, qualify quickly, and move deals forward
- Comfortable being on the road visiting customers, attending conferences, and meeting clients in person
- Self-starter mentality with ability to own a territory and be measured on outcomes
