Job Summary
Central TRID Processor and Mortgage Loan Specialist handles TRID and ATR compliance and supports home-financing needs for our Arkansas community. This on-site role assists customers with mortgage inquiries from application to closing, discusses loan terms, pulls credit reports, analyzes creditworthiness and debt-to-income, prepares pre-qualification and pre-approval determinations, reviews real estate contracts for TRID/ATR purposes, maintains compliant loan files, prepares underwriting materials and Closing Disclosures, and coordinates with processors, underwriters, title companies, and closing agents to ensure timely workflow. The position requires local decision-making, a customer-focused service approach, and proficiency with internal banking systems and standard office software; NMLS license will be required upon hire. Regular hours are 40+ per week, with potential extended hours to meet customer needs, and on-site work in Arkansas. The role emphasizes relationship-building and community banking values.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years banking, loan assistant, or mortgage experience required
- Experience with TRID or ATR regulatory requirements preferred
- NMLS will be required upon hire
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, typing, 10-key, and internet navigation required
- Ability to demonstrate Core 5 values with customers and coworkers
- On-site work required
- Regularly Scheduled Hours / Week: 40 (+) hours, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Extended hours may be required
