Job Summary
Weekend supervisor for Central Triage in Emergency Services responsible for supervising Central Triage staff, providing case consultation to ES clinicians via telehealth, ensuring program compliance and quality metrics, training and supervising staff, coordinating referrals and triage workflow, and supporting evening/night service hours; requires Master’s degree in human services and LICSW or LMHC license; 20-hour weekend schedule (Sat-Sun 7a-5p); sign-on bonus up to $2,500 pro-rated for part-time.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human services field
- Licensed at the Independent level required: LICSW or LMHC
- Two years of emergency services, triage, or call center experience strongly preferred
