Job Summary
Clinical Support role delivering clinical advice and determining eligibility for Aged Care Needs Assessments under the Aged Care Act; undertakes reviews of clients’ needs and makes delegate decisions, requiring tertiary health education and active registration with a relevant professional body; ideal for an entry-level candidate with strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, and computer skills, based in Joondalup, WA with in-person duties and travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary education in a health-related discipline
- Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional association
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Aged Care Needs Assessments
- Experience in determining client’s needs and/or service delivery in a community or health-related position
- Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and client management systems
- Current Australian driver’s licence, a comprehensively insured vehicle and ability to travel as required
