Job Summary
Join New England Donor Services as a Central Supply Specialist responsible for supply inventory management, shipping, and sterilization in a life-saving organ and tissue donation mission.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must hold a valid state driver's license
- Must be able to physically move and manipulate supplies up to 100 pounds
- This position requires the ability to work weekends, mandatory overtime, and occasional travel to perform Central Processing Coordinator functions at NEDS satellite offices in ME and CT
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospital or medical field in central processing, inventory control or database entry preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn NEDS’s internal systems including but not limited to True North
Additional Requirements
- Must be vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19
- Must maintain the requirements of an ‘eligible driver’ including being at least 21 years old, maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and required minimum personal automobile insurance per NEDS automobile policy
