Central Supply / Scehduler

Maintain accurate inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment to meet facility needs. Organize and store supplies in an orderly, accessible manner while distributing them to departments as requested with proper documentation. Assist with ordering and receiving supplies from vendors, processing invoices, and managing inventory records. Perform routine inspections of supply areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with infection control policies. Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to forecast supply needs and prevent shortages.
