Job Summary
Central Supply Coordinator role focused on researching pricing and contracts, procuring and managing inventories of medical and office supplies, coordinating with Finance on budgeting, maintaining procurement records, handling vendor relations and payments, processing requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring accurate invoicing and inventory accuracy, and maintaining SDS/MSDS records in compliance with OSHA; requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment with budgeting and planning
- Previous inventory control experience is a plus
- Knowledge of equipment and supplies in the long-term care environment is strongly preferred
