Central Supply Clerk

Manage the ordering, receiving, and stocking of medical and non-medical supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking usage to ensure adequate stock levels. Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, organize supply rooms with proper labeling, and follow infection control guidelines. Coordinate with nursing staff to identify supply needs, monitor purchase orders and invoices, and collaborate with vendors for competitive pricing. Assist residents with activities of daily living including hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation, while conducting rounds to monitor hazards and report status changes. This role requires a High School diploma, CNA certification, and proficiency with inventory systems.
