Job Summary
The Central Student Pastor executes the vision, leadership, and strategic direction for Student Ministry across all campuses, championing the spiritual formation of middle and high school students while equipping campus student pastors, leaders, and families through aligned strategy, leadership development, teaching, and ministry resources. This role leads with clarity, collaboration, and care to create engaging student environments, develop healthy ministry systems, and ensure consistency across campuses. It also invests in the growth and development of student staff and leaders by strengthening preaching, teaching, discipleship, and leadership culture throughout the ministry. Essential responsibilities include supporting the Next Gen Director with a unified vision and strategy, coaching campus pastors/directors and staff, strengthening preaching and teaching, developing aligned ministry systems and resources, leading major student events, overseeing summer mission trips, empowering parents as spiritual leaders, maintaining healthy ministry operations and safety standards, evaluating ministry effectiveness, and performing other duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of college degree
- 5 years of relevant experience
- theological training preferred
- Active involvement in a weekly Connect Group with Biltmore Church
