Job Summary
Central Strategy & Operations Associate role: a full-time hybrid position based in San Francisco, CA, focused on translating ambiguity into execution by driving core operational infrastructure, AI-driven workflows, cross-functional reporting, compliance training, and scalable process improvements across onshore and offshore teams. You will own and scale workflows, build dashboards and Jira workflows, implement standardized compliance training, streamline onboarding and escalation management, and lead cross-functional rollouts (e.g., Jira, Dialpad, Circle process revamps) across multiple markets. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, problem ownership, and delivering measurable impact in a fast-moving healthcare-startup environment with a mission to support families and caregivers.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments across operations, customer experience, strategy, or startup teams
- Strong analytical and operational thinking skills with experience using data, reporting, and workflow insights to identify operational gaps and improve processes
- Proven ability to independently manage projects from ideation through implementation, including building processes and launching operational initiatives
- Experience working directly with customers, internal stakeholders, or operational teams in high-volume environments with the ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate across functions
- Comfortable operating in startup and rapidly scaling environments with ownership beyond traditional role boundaries
- Strong communication and presentation skills to translate operational challenges and analytical findings into actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated interest in building scalable operations through tooling, automation, AI-driven workflows, and continuous process improvement
- Motivated to grow into a hands-on operational leadership role focused on execution, scaling systems, and driving measurable business impact
