Job Summary
Collaborate with department supervisors to maintain sterile supplies and instrumentation while decontaminating, inspecting, assembling, wrapping, and sterilizing surgical instruments and medical equipment. Prepare and disinfect surgical suites before and after procedures, operate steam and ETO sterilizers, and perform routine testing and documentation of autoclave results. Monitor inventory levels, maintain proper disinfection of linens, and complete scheduled deep cleaning tasks within operating rooms and the pack room. Follow all sterilization procedures, infection control standards, and safety protocols with exceptional attention to detail. Support hospital-wide cleaning and stocking projects during downtime.

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of surgical instrumentation, sterile processing, and sterilization procedures
- CRCST and/or CBSPD certification
- Prior veterinary specialty, surgical, sterile processing, or hospital support experience
