Central Sterile Tech - Main OR, Evenings

Maintain recommended standards for set assembly, decontamination, inspection, containerizing, and sterilizing surgical instruments in an accurate and timely manner. Perform sterilization, assembly, and storage of medical supplies and equipment. Collaborate with Perioperative Nursing staff to provide sterile instrument sets, equipment, and case carts while assisting in maintaining consistent and continuous work flow. Requires H.S. Diploma or GED, CST certification or three years of Central Sterile experience. Preferred certifications include CCST or CST. Evening shifts in the Main OR at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.
