Job Summary
Answer burglar and fire alarm signals received via computer, effectively dispatching emergency alarms and coordinating activities with police and fire departments. Place alarms in and out of test mode while technicians service systems, notify customers of alarm, trouble, and supervisory signals, and monitor surveillance videos. Perform data entry, communicate with customers, and contact supervisors by telephone to report irregularities and obtain instructions. Multitask and manage priorities while handling multi-phone lines and high volumes of incoming calls. Work weekends and holidays, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability to handle multi phone lines and high volume of incoming calls
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work both Saturday and Sundays
