Central Services Manager

Central Services Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the service call center/dispatch; duties include developing and implementing service operational procedures, policies, programs, systems and training; maximizing the value of equipment and service trucks by proactively managing preventative maintenance, repair and safety bulletin processes; recruiting, hiring, training, and developing service technicians; coordinating with PC locations to achieve financial results (profit and loss); overseeing design and delivery of service call center training programs; monitoring calls for service quality assurance; handling escalated concerns; coaching employees to set and execute clear objectives; staffing and leadership across the service team; directing service technicians in performance of equipment; facilitating high-level training for Shop Foreman/Service Managers; participating in performance standard audits; managing HR administration (payroll/scheduling/paperwork); managing parts inventory; supporting Product Support Group in safety bulletin programs; coordinating with manufacturers on quality standards; maintaining communication on product issues; and using call center reports to set goals and drive productivity and customer service improvements.
