Central Services Maintenance

Performs moderately heavy routine manual work in housekeeping and janitorial cleaning tasks in schools and facilities. Cleans, dusts, polishes furniture, washes windows, woodwork, toilets, blinds, washrooms, fixtures, and related items; empties waste baskets and handles trash disposal; assists with deliveries; operates a forklift when required; performs minor maintenance; helps arrange rooms for meetings and training; adheres to the Mississippi Code of Ethics; maintains confidentiality of records; works under direct supervision and is reviewed by results. Requires good physical condition, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and forklift experience preferred; duties include following instructions, frontline collaboration, and occasional heavy lifting. Attends local/state/national meetings to enhance job performance and supports grounds policing as needed.
