Job Summary
Central Service Rep responsible for organizing and coordinating administrative duties and office procedures to ensure smooth communication and safety for patients and staff. Provide general support to offices, process pre-authorizations, assist with onboarding new employees, and partner with HR to update and maintain office policies. Organize office operations, address employee inquiries, and support scheduling. Requires high school diploma, administrative experience, knowledge of dental insurance, and proficiency with office machinery. Must be able to work on-site, stand up to 80% of the time, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree; additional qualifications in an administrative position
- Proven experience in an administrative position
- Knowledge of Dental Insurance plans and procedure
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Familiarity with scheduling appointments
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem- solving skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast- paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
