Job Summary

Coordinate daily provider and staff scheduling, including shift assignments, coverage adjustments, and time off requests across three medical sites. Maintain and adjust schedules to meet operational, clinical, and patient care needs while managing sick calls and last-minute staffing changes. Collaborate with Practice Managers and Medical Directors to optimize exam room utilization and forecast staffing needs using Paycom and historical data. Serve as the primary point of contact for schedule-related communication and facilitate monthly meetings to identify workflow barriers and support process improvement efforts. Travel to OCHS sites as needed to support virtual clinics and new patient registration.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in healthcare scheduling
  • Experience in workforce coordination
  • Experience in provider scheduling
