Central Scheduler - Central Call Center

Answer, screen, and refer inquiries to appropriate locations while scheduling and rescheduling appointments per protocol. Take refill requests from patients for providers and assist other providers with scheduling and patient calls as needed. Input flu vaccine information into electronic medical records and operate the XARIOS phone system. Maintain confidentiality throughout calls and notify patients by phone to reschedule any cancelled appointments. Assist providers lacking their own scheduling staff and support other departments with phone coverage when required.
