Job Summary
Take a proactive sales approach to handle all M&E calls, face-to-face meetings, and email enquiries efficiently. Ensure all reservations are accepted, recorded, and confirmed accurately while using the reservations system to retrieve, update, and input room bookings. Act as the main point of contact for prospective clients, identify sales leads for the Sales Team, and create customised M&E proposals based on customer needs. Develop relationships with local clients, direct bookers, and agency workers, and conduct show rounds to guests and potential new clients. Assist with training new team members, maintain client records, and help manage business bookings to ensure bookings exceed guest expectations.

- Maintain current and past client records and communicate changes as necessary

- Ensure bookings exceed guest expectations when opportunities arise
- Assist in the management of business bookings
